1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Whimwhirl Confections ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use this website — in practice, when you send us an order request through the contact page. The rest of the site is a static website: pages you read, images you load, and nothing else.

2. What we collect

When you submit the order request form, we receive only what you type into it:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• A phone number, if you choose to include one (optional);
• The candy selection and quantity you request;
• Any message you add.

We also record technical details automatically in our server logs — things like your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. These are standard server log data, used only to keep the form safe from abuse (rate limiting and spam protection).

3. Why we collect it

So we can reply to your request. That's the entire purpose: your message goes to our email inbox, and we use your email address (or phone number, if provided) to answer you. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you.

4. Legal basis

Submitting the form is your consent for us to use the information you send in order to respond to your request. The check box on the form asks you to confirm this explicitly. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details — see section 7.

5. How long we keep it

We keep a copy of submitted requests in an internal log file so we can follow up if a reply goes missing. Typical retention is twelve months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 7 — and we'll do it.

6. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. There is no advertising network, analytics service, or social plugin on this website. The only place your request details leave our site is into our own email inbox, delivered by our hosting provider as part of normal hosting operations.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send a message to info@navzelo-hub.shop from the email address in question (or tell us enough to find the request) and we'll take care of it. We'll respond within a reasonable time and without charge.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, and it does not require you to accept any. If your browser adds its own privacy settings — or a content blocker — that's your browser's choice, not ours.

9. Data security

The order form is validated on the server, protected against spam and abuse, and transmitted over HTTPS once your site is deployed behind SSL. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise that unauthorized access is impossible. If something changes in how we handle data, we'll update this policy and note the change at the top.

10. Children

Our candy is made for adults and older children, and this website is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted the form, let us know and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material in this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above and keep the current version available here. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
